1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VaultVPN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VaultVPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service that provides:
- Encrypted internet connection using WireGuard protocol
- Privacy protection while browsing
- Secure data transmission
- Multiple server locations
3. Free and Premium Access
Free Version
- Requires watching a rewarded advertisement before each connection
- May have limited server availability
- Subject to advertisement availability in your region
Premium Version
- Ad-free experience
- Priority server access
- Continuous connection without ad interruptions
- Obtained through license key purchase
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use VaultVPN for:
- Any illegal activities under applicable laws
- Hacking, attacking, or compromising other systems
- Distributing malware or viruses
- Copyright infringement or piracy
- Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
- Bypassing payment systems or stealing services
- Any activity that violates third-party rights
5. Service Availability
No Guarantee
- We strive for high availability but do NOT guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime
- Server availability may vary by region
Blocked Regions
- Certain regions may not have access to free ad-supported service due to advertising restrictions
- Premium access may be available in these regions
6. Account and Device
- Each device requires a unique Device ID for service activation
- Premium licenses are tied to specific Device IDs
- Sharing licenses or accounts is prohibited
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these Terms
7. Payment and Refunds
Premium Access
- Payment terms are provided at time of purchase
- License keys are non-transferable
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
No Liability for Free Service
- Free version is provided "as-is" with no warranties
- We may discontinue free service at any time
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of VaultVPN is subject to our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- We do NOT log your browsing activity
- Minimal data collection for service operation
- Third-party services (Google AdMob) have their own policies
9. Intellectual Property
- VaultVPN and all related trademarks are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the application
- WireGuard® is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Loss of data or profits
- Service interruptions or errors
- Actions taken based on service use
- Third-party content or services
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium service (if any) in the past 12 months.
11. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining device and account security
- All activity under your Device ID
- Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Backup of your data
12. Termination
By You
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Abuse or overload our systems
- Engage in fraudulent activity
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
