  • Payment information (Premium users only): Processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Support emails: If you contact support, we retain correspondence to resolve your issue.

2. What We Never Collect

  • Browsing history or DNS queries
  • VPN connection timestamps
  • Bandwidth used per session
  • Your real IP address or assigned VPN IP address
  • Traffic content of any kind

3. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used exclusively for:

  • Providing and improving the VaultVPN service
  • Processing payments for Premium subscriptions
  • Responding to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality (session management, language preferences). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services:

  • Payment processor: Handles subscription billing securely.
  • Crash reporting: Anonymized app diagnostics to fix bugs.

6. Data Retention

App diagnostic data is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Support emails are retained for up to 12 months to resolve follow-up issues. Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations.
