By downloading or using VaultVPN, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Service Description

VaultVPN provides a mobile VPN application for Android and iOS that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers. We offer a free tier and a Premium subscription.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VaultVPN to:

• Conduct illegal activities of any kind
• Access, distribute, or store child sexual abuse material
• Launch cyberattacks, DDoS, or network intrusion attempts
• Send spam or conduct phishing campaigns
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Circumvent sanctions or export controls

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Free Plan

The free plan provides access to 3 server locations with a 5 GB monthly data limit. Free plan access may be suspended if our systems detect abuse.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through the app or your app store account settings.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Premium subscriptions. Contact support@vaultvpn.com within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

6. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not log browsing activity or sell user data.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

VaultVPN is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before any court action, except for intellectual property claims.
